We presented Jim with a unique situation. Our house in Ventura, CA sold very quickly, so we needed a place to move to in the Phoenix area. Jim worked with us by reviewing our needs and sharing with us homes that met our many criteria. We found the perfect home, but unfortunately we could not get to Phoenix to see the property. We made a list of questions and Jim viewed the property with our adult son to answer those questions. Jim gave us excellent advice on an offer which was immediately accepted. We were lucky to find Jim. I'll be honest that I wasn't the easiest client to find a house for. My wife and I had a competing set of things we were looking for [don't worry, we're still married :)]. Sold my house in less than 30 days. Actually, it was more like 3 weeks. I was under a time crunch to make a cross country move for a great job opportunity. This was the 2nd time I had used Jim and there is a reason why. Not only did I have 2 offers in a single business day, but Jim was also able to expedite the closing quickly which allowed me to start my new job and also relocate. The reason why is that everything Jim did was done right the first time. Much easier said than done in the AZ real estate market. Things Jim does that you want: he responds quickly to your concerns; you won't have 2 or 3 days go by to get a response. He actually manages the process effectively, which again, is easier said than done in the AZ real estate market. He explains everything clearly and on top of it he's friendly. We began our first-time home buying process thinking, this is about to be the most strenuous process of our lives so if our review ended here, you’d only need to know Jim is the guy that will do everything possible to make sure it is not stressful! The number one attribute we needed in this process was someone that communicated well, and knew their stuff because we’d need to be walked through every step and Jim was that guy. He is a great communicator by text and email, and when we needed an “out-loud conversation”, he was able and willing, even in the evenings and weekends too!
When it was time to house shop, I told Jim we were straight shooters. We knew what we wanted, and he followed our requests to “T”! He even welcomed our 4 kids along, knowing how excited they were about purchasing our first home.
